Why I Started Partner & Company
I founded Partner & Company because I believe time is our most valuable resource.

Over the years, I saw how many businesses struggle to grow and not because of a lack of vision or effort, but because their time and energy were tied up in the wrong places. Too often, leaders get stuck in the day-to-day details, caught up in what feels urgent instead of what truly drives progress.

It matters how we spend our time: the work we do, the experiences we have, and the people we share it with. When operations are clear and efficient, leaders gain back hours, energy, focus, and freedom, which gives them space to grow, lead, and live the way they want to.

Meet Ali Rubnitz
I’m an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a passion for building smarter, more efficient businesses that work better for the people who run them.

Throughout my career, I’ve led operations across a range of industries - from nonprofits and hospitality to athletics and events - giving me a deep understanding of how people, processes, and priorities must align to drive meaningful results. I’ve overseen multiple departments, guided organizations through change and growth, and built structures that turn strategy into execution.

I enjoy solving operational puzzles, creating clarity where there’s complexity and building systems where there may not be any. Whether it’s strategic planning, resource optimization, or process design, I thrive on helping organizations align their teams and operations so they can scale with confidence and purpose.
What I’ve learned is that operational excellence is not industry-specific. The same principles of clarity, structure, and accountability apply whether you’re leading a service-based business, a creative agency, growing a product company, or running a complex organization.​

Earlier on in my career, I coached Division I soccer - an experience that shaped how I lead, collaborate, and build teams that perform under pressure. That experience really shaped how I approach people from team processes, individual engagement, personal motivations, to team leadership, accountability, and performance.
At Partner & Company, I bring that same mindset to business by combining strategy, structure, and human leadership to help teams move faster and more effectively together. My goal is to help leaders run their business with clarity and intention by building systems and strategies that save time, eliminate inefficiency, and make growth sustainable.

How I Work
Every business is different, but the challenges that slow them down often look the same: unclear priorities, inefficient systems, and teams stretched too thin.
My role is to bring structure, clarity, and focus so leaders can operate at their best whether through ongoing fractional COO support, targeted project-based solutions, or executive advisory and coaching.
I take a collaborative, hands-on approach that’s grounded in strategy and built for action. I partner with founders and leadership teams to identify where time and resources are being lost, then design practical systems and strategies that create momentum instead of friction.
